There is nothing wrong with porn just like there is nothing wrong with alcohol; everything in moderation!

Is it possible for buyers to negotiate after an inspection if the appraisal is lower than expected?
Porn wins.
Now compare the above to making an effort and cost to find a girl/boyfriend, plotting out a date, trying to build, nourish and sustain a relationship, and ultimately trying to get in their pants.
